The Prezi meeting feature enables groups of people to all work on one Prezi at the same time.
It is a great way to plan, meet and brainstorm together without having to be in the same room and you can keep track of what other people are doing on the Prezi by watching their avatar.
Here is how to invite other people to a Prezi meeting.
Open or create a new Prezi as you normally would do.
Using the menu at the top of the window, click on ‘Meeting’
Select ‘Invite to edit’
Click on ‘copy link’
Paste the link into an email and send it to the people that you want to invite into the Prezi.
